KHJ-4214; Salesforce Partner Portal Consultant

Do you have experience of providing high quality administrator expertise, on a Salesforce maintenance project? 

This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading consumer electronics company), in maintaining, improving and supporting their partner portal environment in Salesforce, a key interface between their communities. 

The project needs a consultant who: 

  • has experience with ownership of the portal’s administration ensuring seamless and secure use of this external-facing platform.  Reliability, precision and expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud or Partner Portal are required
  • can demonstrates ability to work closely with key stakeholders and has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • has a proven track record of supporting users effectively and proactively identifying and implementing enhancements while ensuring compliance with stringent security and data governance standards.

 

Key services:
The key services that you'll be asked to provide are: 

  • administer and maintain the Salesforce Partner Portal, including user setup, access control, and portal configurations (and custom components)
  • provide Tier 2 support to internal and external users and create self-service enablement materials
  • drive enhancements by identifying automation and usability improvements, working with technical teams
  • ensure security and compliance through regular audits and alignment with Apple’s data governance standards
  • collaborate with stakeholders across business, regional, and global teams to gather requirements and support releases.

 

Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • proven experience in Salesforce administration, ideally with experience managing Partner or Experience Cloud portals
  • understanding of Salesforce user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility
  • strong troubleshooting skills and a user-centric mindset
  • excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical users
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • previous experience in a global technology company or working with external partner ecosystems
  • familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Slack for collaboration and documentation.

 

Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) experience.
