Do you have experience of providing Salesforce administration and support expertise, on a complex, global sales operations platform?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading global technology company), in ensuring Salesforce platform stability, data integrity, and seamless user experience across their EMEIA Sales Operations.
This project needs an analyst who:
- has proven Salesforce support experience across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (must have experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments).
- is adept at resolving Tier 2/3 incidents and delivering configuration enhancements (e.g. Flows, validation rules)
- can effectively collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- monitoring platform performance, integrations and scheduled jobs
- resolving complex support incidents and system issues
- implementing configuration updates and automation opportunities
- managing user access, permissions and compliance alignment
- supporting release cycles, sandbox refreshes and deployment processes
- driving data quality through governance, deduplication and validation
- maintaining documentation and supporting user onboarding and training.
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful analysts will be able to demonstrate:
- strong Salesforce administrative knowledge (Flows, Dashboards, Validation Rules, etc.)
- experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple integrations
- excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
- effective communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
- experience in user access and security management within compliance frameworks.
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- experience with data governance and master data management principles
- familiarity with software development lifecycle and change management
- proficiency in Excel for data cleansing and mass updates.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office in Battersea)
