KHJ-4246; Business Process Optimisation Consultants

Do you have extensive experience of providing business and process analysis expertise, on a global investment project?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading wealth and investment management company), in re-designing end-to-end processes for better efficiency, standardisation, and alignment with best-in-class practices.  We are looking for consultants with immediate availability.



The project needs consultants who: 

  • have excellent business process optimisation and redesign experience within a high-visibility transformation programme
  • are adept at hands-on workshop facilitation, collaboration with internal SMEs, and can rapidly deliver high-impact analysis and recommendations
  • have previous experience working within a fast-paced, demanding environment, managing strong stakeholders across all levels and geographies, ensuring clear alignment across business, data, and technology dimensions.

 

Key services:
The key services that you'll be asked to provide are: 

  • Current state process mapping and documentation following  ‘just good enough’ model to expedite delivery
  • Gap analysis (including pain points and bottle necks) to inform re-design of improved future-state processes; these processes will support capability automation and building
  • Workshop design, preparation, delivery, and facilitation across functions.
  • Support in defining KPIs, controls, and governance frameworks
  • Preparation of clear outputs to inform decision-making and programme design
  • Alignment across Business, Data, Technology and SME teams.

 

Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • Proven experience delivering large scale business process reengineering in financial services
  • Advanced process modelling tools or methods (Lean or Six Sigma techniques)
  • Strong workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills with experience working across geographies and time zones
  • Comfortable challenging and influencing smart, opinionated stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently and at pace, under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and strong written outputs – clear, concise, and actionable.

 

Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:

  • Prior experience delivering process change in Investment/Asset Management or Real Estate (desirable).


Working Pattern: Remote with occasional travel to client (Scotland)
