Do you have experience of providing mobilisation and change management expertise, on a public sector organisational restructure and mobilisation project involving cultural change?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading public sector organisation, in mobilising the second phase of a newly established delivery authority as part of an organisational restructure. The role focuses on the implementation, mobilisation and supporting cultural change to enable the new structure to become operational.
The project needs a consultant who :
- has senior mobilisation leadership experience within organisational restructures and operating within complex public sector environments
- can demonstrable change management capability supporting cultural change
- has strong senior stakeholder engagement capability at director and senior management level.
Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is a key requirement.
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- Lead the mobilisation of the Delivery Authority as part of Phase 2 restructure
- Design and execute change management activity to support cultural transition into the new authority
- Engage and align stakeholders across the delivery group to enable transition into the new authority
- Coordinate implementation activities required to operationalise the new structure and drive cultural change.
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience leading mobilisation within organisational restructure and cultural change programmes
- Experience delivering phased organisational change management activities within public sector settings
- Ability to operate effectively at senior management level within complex environments
- Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- experience establishing new authorities or delivery bodies.
