Do you have experience of providing governance design and implementation expertise, on a restructured group operating model project?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading public sector organisation,
in designing and implementing governance for a recently restructured senior leadership group. The role will lead the definition and mobilisation of governance arrangements to support the next phase of organisational change.
The project needs a consultant who can:
- strong governance design expertise within complex organisational structures
- experience operating at senior civil service level
- public sector delivery experience within security-cleared environments
Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is a key requirement.
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are to:
- design the governance framework for the restructured operating group
- define roles, decision rights and escalation routes
- establish boards, forums and reporting structures
- implement governance processes and controls
- mobilise the agreed governance model into live operation.
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- experience leading governance design within large public sector organisations
- ability to implement governance structures within a restructured environment
- experience working with key stakeholders at senior level
- eligibility for SC clearance or active SC clearance.
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- prior experience supporting organisational restructures
- familiarity with central government governance standards
- experience working within programme mobilisation phases.
Working Pattern: Hybrid (up to 3 days per week)
