JC-4359; Delivery Lead, Public Sector

Do you have experience of providing organisational design delivery expertise on a government / public sector organisational restructure programme?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading Government organisation, in delivering organisational design and implementation as part of a large-scale organisational restructure. This role will lead the delivery of the new structure within a live public sector environment.

The project needs a consultant who has:

• organisational design and implementation experience within government or public sector
• delivery leadership experience across complex restructuring programmes
• strong stakeholder engagement capability within complex public sector environments.
• active SC clearance or eligibility for SC clearance

Key Services:

The key services that you will be asked to provide are to:

• lead the delivery of the organisational design
• support the implementation of the approved organisational restructure
• manage stakeholder engagement across the organisation and wider structure
• track and report progress against restructure milestones

• ensure alignment between the target operating structure and implemented roles

Mandatory Requirements:

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:

• proven experience with complex organisational design and restructure initiatives
• strong delivery experience within the UK Government or wider public sector
• eligibility for SC clearance

Optional Requirements

It will also be advantageous if you have:

• active SC clearance

Working Pattern: Hybrid (Central London 2-3 days per week)
