Do you have experience of providing project management expertise supporting a Product Design workstream?
This consulting opportunity is to support our Wealth Management client in coordinating the Product Design workstream within a large-scale transformation programme. The role focuses on governance, design delivery planning, user story sign-off, management information and cross-functional coordination across internal teams and delivery partners.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- proven project management experience within complex transformation programmes
- strong governance, reporting and management information expertise
- excellent stakeholder management across business, technology and third-party teams
- experience working within Agile delivery environments using user stories, sprint cycles and Jira
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- coordinate user story sign-off planning and delivery tracking
- maintain design plans, dependencies and delivery management information
- facilitate governance forums, planning sessions and daily stand-ups
- manage decision logs, actions and governance reporting
- produce programme reporting and stakeholder communications
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager within complex transformation programmes
- Strong governance and reporting experience (decision logs, MI, steerco packs)
- Experience managing Agile delivery environments (user stories, sprint cycles, Jira)
- Excellent stakeholder management across business, technology, and third parties
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Confident facilitator of workshops, governance forums, and cross-team sessions
- Proactive and highly organised
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivery outcomes
- Collaborative and able to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- Experience within financial services / wealth platforms (desirable)
- Previous consulting experience
Working Pattern: Hybrid – adhoc travel to Southampton
