Do you have experience of providing Change Management expertise, on a large complex Finance Transformation programme?
B2E Consulting is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major Finance Transformation programme at a leading Insurance client. The programme (£80m budget) is replacing legacy SAP with Oracle SaaS and requires a hands-on change specialist who can drive behavioural, cultural, role-based and capability-led change across Finance, Actuarial, Data, IT and global teams.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- Experience of working on large scale Finance Transformation programmes with budgets in excess of £50m
- A proven track record delivering people focused change (behavioural, cultural, role/skills impacts)
- Experience translating TOM designs into role changes, capability uplift and training plans
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
Translate TOM designs into clear role changes, capability uplift plans, and structured training pathways.
- Deliver end-to-end impact assessments covering process, system and control changes, with actionable mitigation plans.
- Map stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Data, IT and global functions, and manage engagement through targeted interventions.
- Design and deliver training, communications and readiness materials — not solely coordinate or oversee comms teams.
- Lead readiness assessments, define go/no-go criteria, and support adoption planning through go-live and hypercare.
- Influence mindsets, behaviours and ways of working, ensuring change is grounded in day-to-day delivery.
- Embed change activities within design, testing, data migration, TOM, and cutover plans.
- Define and track adoption KPIs, behaviour shifts, readiness scoring and post-go-live embedding.
- Manage role impacts, restructuring requirements, SME load, and communication of sensitive or complex messages.
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven track record delivering people-centred change across major transformations.
- Experience translating TOM outputs into tangible role, skill and capability impacts.
- Strong understanding of future-state Finance and Actuarial functions and what “good” looks like.
- Expertise in stakeholder mapping, impact assessment and cross-functional engagement.
- Hands-on experience developing training, comms and readiness materials.
- Experience driving readiness assessments, adoption planning and hypercare support.
- Ability to influence behaviours and embed new ways of working.
- Experience operating in complex, multi-disciplinary programmes within Insurance or wider Financial Services.
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- Experience supporting SAP or Oracle SaaS transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with global Finance and Actuarial operating models.
- Experience integrating change activities directly into delivery lifecycles (design, testing, data, cutover).
- Change-related certification or training (e.g., PROSCI).
